EFFECTIVE 10 JULY 2026 · UNITED KINGDOM

This page records how the details you send us are handled. The same way we treat the caviar: plainly stated, traceable, nothing hidden.

Who we are

This site is operated by Attilus Services Limited, trading as Attilus Caviar, the data controller for anything you send through it. Reach us at privateclients@attiluscaviar.co.uk or on 020 7723 8009.

The evenings themselves are composed with JAMM Private Dining (jammchefs.com), our partner house in London.

What we collect

Only what you place in the enquiry form: your name, email, phone if you offer it, the date, the number of guests, the venue or postcode, and your notes. If you write to us directly by email, we hold that correspondence too.

Our host keeps standard, short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. That is the extent of it.

What we do not do

Why we use your details

To reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange your evening: the steps needed before and under a contract with you. We may also keep a record of our exchange where we have a legitimate interest in doing so: running the business properly and being able to evidence what was agreed.

Who sees them

Some of these providers operate from the United States. Where details leave the UK, the transfer rests on safeguards recognised under UK law: the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the applicable standard contractual terms.

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep them

Enquiries are kept for twelve months from our last exchange, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a booking, we keep what business and tax records require, typically six years, and nothing more.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, restrict or object to our use of them, or ask for them in a portable form. Write to privateclients@attiluscaviar.co.uk: we respond within a month.

If you believe we have fallen short, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather hear from you first.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. The record is the point.
